Fewer NYC Students Are Smoking

So states a new a DoE/Dept. of Health survey. Smoking is down 36% among high school students. I wonder how on earth they managed to survey these kids, many of whom deny smoking as a matter of course.

Nonetheless, the city contends the rate has fallen from one in four to one in ten. Where have the other three gone?

They seem to be standing outside my trailer every single day. Actually, the other day I chased off three kids smoking something with substantially more kick than tobacco.

Perhaps they are the ones who no longer smoke cigarettes.
