Greg Pringle has been sentenced to stand by the highway with his mannequin, Tillie, and carry a sign stating "HOV lanes are not for dummies."
Not only that, but he's gonna have to sell Tillie.
It's one thing to enforce a traffic ban, but another to separate a man from his companion.
Greg should have gotten a Prius. While it may not be as much fun to talk to, it gets you in the HOV lane solo here in NY, among other places.
