It has come to my attention that you supervised the building of a snowman on 12/22/09. I applaud your innovative approach to education. However, after careful consideration of all aspects of your educational vision it is the decision of this office that next year you will receive 40% less snow to complete your educational goal.
The funding source for the coal and carrots will be withdrawn due to budgetary restrictions beyond the control of this office. Please advise your snowman builder, Miss Erye, that because she makes above $38,000 a year [not including benefits and pension] she will be excessed. The position will be closed for SY 2010-2011.
