Kudos to Illinois Governor Rod R. Blagojevich for proposing Universal Pre-K in his state. It's encouraging to see a politician stand up for something worth standing up for.
If only Pataki or Bloomberg had that sort of character, my kids wouldn't be studying in a triple-capacity building from dawn to dusk.
