Indoctrinating the Young

Yesterday at 52 Broadway there was a meeting in which young UFT members were asked what concerned them the most. Randi Weingarten was there, and according to our school's representative, she told them that before the Taylor Law, there was an even worse rule on the books.

This statement did not sit well with the Tier One sub at our table, who'd struck with the UFT on several occasions. He declared that losing two days pay was far worse than losing one.

It's hard for me to look at it any other way. But I don't work for Unity.
